Step 1:On the top right corner of the passenger side cylinder head is a threaded bolt hole where you will mount the S Mount Catch Can. There may be a wire loom inserted in this hole, but you can pull that plug out and install the can in that location. The line can hang in place without harm to it.
Step 2:Use the supplied 13MM bolt and lock washer to mount the S Mount onto the cylinder head. Tighten this down with a 13MM ratchet or open ended wrench.
Hose Installation
5.7L Engine:One hose connects to the PCV valve box on the back passenger side of the intake manifold. Remove the rubber grommets and hard plastic tube that connects the PCV valve to the manifold from the car. The nipples on the intake manifold are where you will connect the hoses from the catch can. The catch can is a pass-through design, so the hoses can connect to either elbow of the catch can.
6.1L Engine:One hose connects to the PCV valve on the lower passenger side corner of the intake manifold. The other hose connects to the top of the intake manifold right behind the throttle body. The catch can is a pass-through design, so the hoses can connect to either elbow of the catch can.
392/6.4L Engine:One hose connects to the PCV valve on the back passenger side corner of the intake manifold. The second hose connects to the top of the intake manifold right before the throttle body. This connection has a L-shaped tube that you will reuse. Use the supplied male-to-male hose barb to connect the hose from the catch can to the L-shaped tube. Remove the rubber grommet on the PCV box and install the hose directly onto the nipple of the manifold. The catch can is a pass-through design, so the hoses can connect to either elbow of the catch can.
Every 3,000 Miles:Check the oil level of your catch can every 3,000 miles. Unscrew the bottom of the catch can and dump the oil.  Do not re-use this oil. When you re-install the bottom of the catch can do NOT over-tighten.  As soon as you feel any resistance, stop.  Think snug.
