Product was as described and shipping was timely. Don’t expect any customer service. No communication with company except by text or email. Therefore, communication is slow. Be aware of what is called smart upsell. It appears just before you pay. The way it is worded makes you think you’re getting a few % off and you are on a second part just like you first ordered. Trying to return a duplicate part has been a nightmare. Took 10 days to get a request sent. Come to find out it goes to another company not Speedlogix. It’s been another 10 days since return request was sent and nothing. No email, text or any type of response. Now returning an item is subject to a 20% restock fee, which by the way, in my didn’t even come from Speedlogix, as well as customer pays return shipping. The company does have Live Chat. I don’t know anything about this process but it appears if you create an account there are other ways to communicate. Not really wanting to bash this company it’s just not an easy place to deal with. Their products seem to be good at a reasonable price. That reasonable price comes at a cost of easy communication & return process. So it appears I will have a duplicate part that does me no good and if I do ever get to return it I’ll get 20% plus shipping less. On a $99.75 part I saved $5.94 via smart upsell it’ll cost me $19.95 restock fee plus about $15 shipping. This $99.75 part returned will give me about $64.80 back. At this point it’s not worth my time & effort. No I will not be shopping this company in the future or recommending it to anyone.
