Thermal Exhaust Ceramic Coated 2021-2023 Bronco 2.7L 4-Door

The Thermal R&D Bronco Ceramic Coated exhaust system is designed to be used for daily driving as well as off-roading and overlanding applications. Like the base model exhaust, the high clearance routing was maintained - similar to the OE design. Utilizing our True Helmholtz Design, it compliments the 2.7L engine by giving the vehicle a more aggressive, clean sound that has been very well received on vehicles with similar engines. The primary difference between this system and the base model is ceramic coated rear muffler which serve both functional head reduction and improve the aesthetics, especially for those with lifted rigs.

• Mill Finish tubing, Ceramic Coated Rear muffler, and Slant cut exit.
• Tucked high on the vehicle for optimal ground clearance
• This Cat-back bolt on exhaust, does not alter OE catalytic converter or engine emissions components and does not require cutting or welding for install.
