MAP Policy

Speedlogix, Inc. values its authorized reseller relationships and appreciates the investment our retail partners make in presenting, promoting, and supporting Speedlogix products in the marketplace.

To help maintain consistent brand positioning, accurate product representation, and sustainable pricing across sales channels, Speedlogix has adopted this Minimum Advertised Price Policy.

This policy is intended to provide general pricing guidance for publicly advertised Speedlogix-branded products while allowing reasonable flexibility for authorized reseller promotions, customer-specific offers, and marketing programs.

1. Purpose of Policy

Speedlogix products are designed, manufactured, and sold as quality performance products. This policy is intended to help protect the value of the Speedlogix brand and support authorized resellers who invest in product listings, marketing, customer support, and fulfillment.

The goal of this policy is not to restrict normal retail activity, promotional planning, or customer-specific offers. Rather, it is intended to keep publicly advertised pricing reasonably consistent and aligned with current Speedlogix pricing information.

2. Application of Policy

This policy applies to authorized dealers, distributors, resellers, online retailers, and marketplace sellers advertising Speedlogix-branded products.

The policy applies only to publicly advertised prices for Speedlogix products. It does not apply to the actual final resale price charged to a customer.

Each reseller remains independently responsible for setting its own final selling prices.

3. MSRP and MAP

Speedlogix may provide Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price, or MSRP, and Minimum Advertised Price, or MAP, for certain Speedlogix products.

MSRP is a suggested retail price.

MAP is the minimum price at which a Speedlogix product should be publicly advertised unless otherwise approved or authorized by Speedlogix.

MAP pricing may be provided through Speedlogix price sheets, product data files, written notices, email communications, or other official pricing documentation.

No Minimum Resale Price

Speedlogix’s MAP policy applies only to publicly advertised prices and is not a minimum resale price policy.

Authorized resellers remain free to independently determine the actual price at which they sell Speedlogix products, including through private quotes, customer-specific offers, negotiated discounts, loyalty rewards, cart-level promotions, or other non-public final pricing.

Speedlogix does not require authorized resellers to sell Speedlogix products at or above MAP.

4. Public Advertising

This policy applies to publicly visible advertised prices, including but not limited to:

  • Retail websites
  • Marketplace listings
  • Shopping feeds
  • Paid search ads
  • Social media ads
  • Email campaigns
  • Catalogs
  • Printed advertisements
  • Promotional landing pages
  • Other public-facing sales or marketing materials

5. Promotional Flexibility

Speedlogix understands that authorized resellers may run promotions, seasonal sales, customer incentives, bundles, coupons, loyalty offers, free-shipping promotions, or other marketing programs from time to time.

Speedlogix may allow reasonable promotional flexibility when such offers are part of a planned marketing program, customer-specific offer, bundle, seasonal promotion, or approved retail campaign.

Examples may include:

  • Temporary sales events
  • Sitewide promotions
  • Coupon codes
  • Customer-specific discounts
  • Bundle pricing
  • Loyalty or rewards offers
  • Free-shipping promotions
  • Closeout or discontinued product promotions
  • Special event or holiday campaigns

When practical, Speedlogix asks that authorized resellers communicate significant Speedlogix-related promotional plans in advance so that product pricing, availability, and supporting information can remain accurate.

6. Customer-Specific Pricing

This policy does not restrict private customer-specific pricing, negotiated quotes, cart-level offers, loyalty discounts, or final selling prices that are not publicly advertised as the standard advertised price for the product.

Authorized resellers remain free to independently determine the final price at which they sell Speedlogix products.

7. Coupons and Cart-Level Discounts

Speedlogix understands that authorized resellers may use coupons, discount codes, cart-level promotions, loyalty rewards, free-shipping offers, customer-specific discounts, bundles, and other sales tools as part of normal retail activity.

These types of promotions are generally permitted when they do not permanently or prominently advertise Speedlogix products below MAP as the regular public-facing price.

Speedlogix’s intent is to support healthy product movement and reseller marketing flexibility while maintaining reasonable consistency in standard public advertised pricing.

8. Pricing Updates

Speedlogix reserves the right to review and update MSRP, MAP, dealer pricing, product cost, and related pricing information at any time.

As a standard practice, Speedlogix may review pricing approximately every 90 days. However, pricing may be updated sooner when necessary due to changes in manufacturing costs, raw materials, supplier pricing, packaging costs, freight costs, market conditions, product updates, or other business factors.

Updated pricing shall become effective upon the date stated in the applicable Speedlogix price sheet, product data file, written notice, or other official communication.

9. Product Data and Pricing Accuracy

Speedlogix works to provide accurate and current product and pricing information to its authorized resellers.

Authorized resellers are responsible for maintaining accurate product listings, current pricing, correct part numbers, and accurate product information based on the most recent Speedlogix-provided data.

If a discrepancy is discovered, Speedlogix will work with the reseller in good faith to review and correct the issue.

10. Monitoring and Review

Speedlogix may periodically review publicly advertised pricing, product listings, and marketplace representation for Speedlogix-branded products.

This review may include reseller websites, online marketplaces, shopping feeds, paid advertisements, email promotions, and other publicly available advertising channels.

Speedlogix does not guarantee continuous monitoring of all reseller advertising and reserves discretion in how this policy is reviewed and applied.

11. Policy Concerns and Corrections

If Speedlogix identifies a publicly advertised pricing concern, outdated product listing, inaccurate pricing file, or potential MAP issue, Speedlogix may contact the reseller to review and correct the matter.

Speedlogix’s goal is to resolve pricing and product data issues cooperatively whenever possible.

Repeated, unresolved, or intentional violations of this policy may result in Speedlogix taking further action, including modification of reseller terms, suspension of wholesale purchasing privileges, cancellation of pending orders, removal of authorized reseller status, or refusal of future sales.

12. Exceptions

Speedlogix may approve exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion.

Exceptions may include temporary promotions, special campaigns, bundles, closeout pricing, discontinued products, customer-specific offers, or other approved marketing programs.

Any exception must be approved by Speedlogix in writing.

13. Unilateral Policy

This policy is a unilateral statement of Speedlogix’s business policy.

It does not constitute an agreement between Speedlogix and any reseller regarding final resale pricing. Speedlogix does not seek or require any reseller’s agreement to sell products at any particular price.

Each reseller remains free to independently determine the prices at which it sells Speedlogix products.

Speedlogix also independently reserves the right to determine with whom it chooses to do business.

14. Policy Changes

Speedlogix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this policy, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion.
