Installation Tip:
There are two solenoids in close proximity of each other. One is the Reverse Solenoid and the other is the Skip Shift. The Skip shift is farther forward than the Reverse. If you plug the Skip Shift Eliminator into the reverse solenoid your will notice that shifting into reverse is very tough to do. If the skip shift is hooked up correctly - your reverse will stay the same as it was before.

First thing I noticed when I got my 6- speed challenger was the annoying skip shift feature. I immediately searched for a solution and came across the skip shift eliminator. Plugged it in and was finally able to enjoy all 6 gears. A must have mod for any manual challenger.

Great gadget that eliminates the lockout from first to second gear on a Tremec TR-6060 Transmission, plus its extremely easy to install. Took a total of 5 minutes. Now I can shift from first to second gear in any RPM or car speed with complete confidence.

Challenger Skip Shift Eliminator No need to place your car on a lift or jacks. I drove my Scat Pack up a set of Raceramps and chalked the rear wheels, there was plenty of room under the car to do the job. It is a good idea to let the car cool off before starting the install as you will most likely come in contact with the exhaust system. After that, the install took less than a minute to perform. Look at the YouTube video for simple install instructions.

Skip shift Good product for now.. only issue, no install directions when received, had to rely on the web. After plugging white plug in transmission, the middle section fell off leaving each end intact. Taped off both ends to be safe, drive around with no issues. Reached out to customer service, quick response letting me know “ The plug in part just tells the computer not toforce the 1-4 shift, so it's okay if that sleevecover fell off.” Little direction with details would be a great idea to side with this product. No issues at this point..
